Fun Spring Tablescape
It's time to embrace your host with the most era! Follow these links to get the ball rolling

spicy ginger spritz
all the fun with no hangover
-
1 large knob of ginger
-
2 cups of water
-
4 cups sugar
-
Fresh rosemary
-
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
-
1 grapefruit
-
1 lemon
-
Pinch of salt
-
bubbly water for topping
chop ginger(no need to be neat & tidy)
Simmer with water, rosemary and pepper for about 15 minutes.
Let the mixture cool before transferring to a blender. Mix until well combined & strain off all of the pulp. Add the liquid back to a pot and mix in sugar heat until sugar has melted. This is your flavor packed syrup!
Juice the grapefruit & lemon
In a shaker or a mason jar mix
1.5 oz of you ginger 2/1 syrup
.75 oz of your citrus juice
a pinch of salt and some ice
shake and strain into your glass of choice & finally
top with your favorite bubbly water -I used topo chico!

Easy Tiramisu Dip
A real crowd pleaser and so easy to make - perfect to bring to any Holiday event!

1/2 cup heavy cream
-
2 tsp. instant espresso powder
-
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
-
(plus more for dusting)
-
8 oz. mascarpone, softened
-
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
-
2/3 cup (75 g.) confectioners' sugar
-
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
-
Pinch of kosher salt
-
Ladyfingers, graham crackers or fruit for dipping!
In a small bowl:
whisk cream, espresso powder,
and cocoa until smooth.
In the large bowl of a stand mixer
beat mascarpone, cream cheese, and confectioners’ sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Scrape down the bowl.
Add cream mixture, vanilla,
and salt. Beat on low speed
until just combined, then beat
on medium-high until you get
fluffy peaks , about 1 minute more.
Pick a cute dish to spoon your dip into,
Dust with more cocoa powder &
Serve with dipping tool of your choice!
